Meet the man behind the camera.

Hi, I’m Chris and I’m a professional photographer based in Lincoln, but my work takes me all over the county.

In the last few years my passion for photography has turned into a career. Having worked previously for a group of agents in Norfolk as their photographer, I have now returned to Lincoln as a freelancer.

Before photography I worked in Hospitality for 6 years, working my way up through the ranks. The marketing and service skills I developed in that industry now enable me to easily develop great client relationships and provide an extremely high level of service.

  • The amount of time needed will vary depending on the size of your property and the services requested. As a general guide, an average sized property will take around an hour to photograph, this can increase up to 3 hours if more services are needed.

  • If the weather is bad on the day of your shoot, I’m happy to reschedule to the next available date, however, as part of my standard photography package, I am happy to add blue skies to all external images, regardless of weather.

  • Due to the timings I work to, it’s important that your home is tidy and styled prior to my visit. While I may suggest small adjustments, I will not be able to help de-clutter the property for the shoot. I’ve prepared a handy staging guide which can be found here.

  • I use a professional full frame Nikon Z8 with a selection of lenses. I also use drones & video equipment.

  • I understand how fast-paced the real estate industry is, and as such I aim to have your media ready within 24 hours. For services such as virtual staging, this may increase to 48 hours due to the nature of the work involved.

  • I use Dropbox to send over your images. If you require an alternative service, that is also fine.

  • All photos will undergo adjustments in Photoshop. I am unable to remove objects such as telegraph poles, power lines, etc. as your photos should convey an honest depiction of the property and its surroundings.

  • No, you may provide the keys to the property or if the property has a “lock box” installed, you may provide the code for that. That being said, you are more than welcome to be present during the shoot.

  • The copyright for all images belongs to me, which is standard practice. You purchase a single use image license, enabling you to use the images as you please, however as the licensee, you must not sell or loan the photos to another party.
